The update button isn't working.

If you only see an "Open" button instead of a game update button when trying to perform an automatic update or accessing the app store, please follow the instructions below:

■ Android

Turn off your device and then restart it. Go to the app store where you installed the game, search for the game, select the update button, and then run the game after the update is complete.

Please navigate to "Settings" on your device, select "Applications," then "Google Play Store," and finally clear the cache and data.
