Payment cancellation and refund are subject to the subscription withdrawal policy after 7 days have elapsed from the date of payment. However, processing may not be possible under the following conditions:
※ Payment cannot be canceled for:
- Unused products that have passed 7 days from the payment date.
- Products that have already been used within 7 days of the payment date.
- Products or additional items applied immediately after payment.
- Products with additional benefits, etc.
