Even if an unwanted payment was made by someone else or by mistake, payment cancellation cannot be processed if the product has already been used.
To prevent such situations in the future, please set an in-app payment password.
■ Google Play Store (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Select [Settings] from the menu.
- Tap on [Authentication] and then [Require Authentication for Purchases].
- Choose [Authenticate for every purchase through Google Play on this device].
- Enter your Google account password and confirm.
Note: If you have set a password but the payment was still made without your knowledge, please contact the customer support of the relevant app store.
