What are the advantages of choosing a specific bending art, and can I change it later?

Each bending art offers unique benefits and choosing your element depends on your personal preference. For example, Fire increases construction speed, Water boosts research speed and healing, Earth enhances resource gathering, and Air improves troop movement speed. Changing your bending art later in the game is possible using the Change Bending Art item. You can receive this item as a reward after completing certain missions or you can purchase it at the Market.
