How to replace an Inactive Alliance Leader?

The Alliance Leader role can be changed in two ways:
- The current leader can manually delegate the position to another member.
- If the leader is inactive for 3 days, an R4 member can automatically take over. If all R4 members are also inactive for 10 days, an R3 member will be able to take the role.

Please note that if no members hold the required rank, leadership cannot be transferred and must be delegated manually by the current leader.
