- Leader Name (Case-sensitive)
- Leader ID
- Server #
2. Screenshot of the most recent purchase receipt made on the account
- You can find the receipt with the order number (GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000) in the email linked to your app store’s payment or through the app store’s website.
Please note that if your account was a guest account and hasn’t been linked, it’s quite difficult to verify ownership without a purchase receipt. This could make it more difficult to recover the account.
