1. Leader Information
- Leader Name (Case-sensitive)
- Leader ID
- Server #
2. Screenshot of the most recent purchase receipt made on the account
- You can find the receipt with the order number (GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000) in the email linked to your app store’s payment or through the app store’s website.
Please note that if your account was a guest account and hasn’t been linked, it’s quite difficult to verify ownership without a purchase receipt. This could make it more difficult to recover the account.

You guys suck I've given you everything you need to give me my account back and yet you still haven't responded to me about it other than to say we will reach out to you soon, or I get connected with someone else and they have me redo everything I just did. I want my account back
