My game is stuck on the cloud screen.

If the game is stuck, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Close the Game from Background
For Android:

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold (on newer Androids) or tap the Recent Apps button (usually a square or three-line icon).
Locate "Avatar: Realms Collide" in the open apps list.
Swipe it off the screen or tap Close All to remove it from memory.
For iPhone (iOS):

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle (iPhone X and newer).
If using an older iPhone, double-press the Home button to see recently used apps.
Swipe up on "Avatar: Realms Collide" to close it completely.
