[Advance Notice] Removal of the Permanent Additional Builder from VIP 7 Buff

With the update on 2025-02-26, the Permanent Additional Builder currently provided by the VIP 7 buff will be removed.

Please refer to the details below:
Change: The Permanent Additional Builder granted by the VIP 7 buff will be removed.

※ The Permanent Additional Builder will be available for separate purchase in the future.
※ Leaders who are already VIP 7 or higher and have a Permanent Additional Builder cannot purchase the Permanent Additional Builder.

Effective Date: 2025-02-26 update

As the Permanent Additional Builder will be removed from the buff, leaders with VIP 6 or lower as of the update date will receive 10 "Builder Recruitment (2d)" items via in-game mail as compensation.
